    Just thought I’d let you know that once again a Classic Qlder survived a severe cyclone attack. TC Yasi hit Tully and then travelled up and over the range to Ravenshoe. It was pretty scarey inside the bathroom with 3 people and 5 dogs listening to the wind howl like a train for 4 hours and hearing things go flying and hitting things. The house shook but once again our strongly built home had not a scratch or anything lost. Thanks once again for a great safe house to live in.

    I did numerous (about seven) reference checks on your company and quite frankly I couldn't find anyone to say a bad word about you. In fact, it was just the opposite. People were full of praise about the completeness of the homes supplied and the high quality of workmanship and fittings. In addition, past clients were particularly impressed and surprised with the follow-up calls you make to check on whether they had any problems, etc.

    This note is long overdue but one that’s worth writing from the moment we walked into your office we knew you would be the people to build us our first home.

    Nothing was a problem from drafting our plans or making suggestions to improve on our ideas. Since I was expecting our first baby we were also on limited time this wasn’t a problem either. Even when Paris arrived six weeks early, by the time we were out of hospital your team had somehow managed to have our house completed.

    The quality, workmanship, help, assistance and friendly attitude made our experience at building our first house easy, and if any recommendations are ever required we are but a phone call away.

    Thank you again for exceeding all of our expectations and we would dearly love to build our next house with you in the future.

    Dear Adrian,

    Walter and I would like to express our sincere thanks to yourself, Colin and all of your team in helping to make the building of our first home such a positive and effecient experience.

    We have all heard the nightmare stories about builders and the many bad experiences which people have had, however ours was a far cry from this.

    Colin was always very willing to listen to us and very patient in helping us to achieve exactly what we wanted in our home, even if it meant adding a window here, and shifting some huge beams up and down a few times. Nothing was too much trouble. They were there to help us get the house of our dreams, not to just complete another job, and this they did with pride and care.

    Our home has been completed in a way which we believe many other people would be envious of, with little fuss, lots of co-operation, and on time !! We were always made to feel welcome on the site, and were consulted virtually on a daily basis, ensuring things ended up how we wanted them, not just how they were drawn on the plan.

    We would like to thank everyone involved for their contribution in making the building of our home the positive and happy experience which it has been and we wish you all lots of luck in your future building endeavours.

    Just to thank you once again for the excellent work that you have done on my property in Maleny. Everyone who has seen it speak of the high quality of workmanship. I have to admit; initially I had my reservations about building a property from overseas with me not being present at any stage of building.

    What convinced me to pick you as my builder was the numerous awards you’ve won, the good reviews you received in building magazines and of course the face-to-face meeting we had to discuss my requirements. I am very happy with the way things went on site; you provided weekly digital photo updates via email and took all the concerns normally associated with building out of my hands. All very professionally done.

  • I made a very fortunate decision to use the services and expertise of Classic Queenslanders

    Some time ago I started to think about building my dream home. I made a very fortunate decision to use the services and expertise of Classic Queenslanders for the task at hand.

    At my first meeting with Classic Queenslanders I outlined what I wanted in design and functionality. I also discussed the importance, to me, in choosing the right building materials to suit my environment, maintenance issues and the constraints of my land.

    From that meeting the preliminary design was sketched out, just as I had pictured it in my mind. I now live in a home that I love and feel very “at home” in.

    What was it that differentiated Classic Queenslanders from other companies I had spoken with? The team listened to me. They did not try to sell me a house of their choosing, they designed a home to suit me and my needs.

  • The standard of construction is terrific – such an improvement over the last time we built

    Just thought it worth mentioning that watching the progress of the house we are very pleased that we decided to go with your Company. Your crews seem very professional and are all really nice to deal with, and the standard of construction is terrific – such an improvement over the last time we built. You seem to understand the need to spec UP rather than MINIMUM SPEC – this may be a Queensland vs SA thing but it fills us with confidence!

    Communication with the Builder was very important to us, and we did not have any problem with regard to this with Classic Queenslanders. Also, building a house can be very stressful, however with Adrian’s guidance things went very smoothly – thank you! We have endorsed Classic Queenslanders to two future client’s already - without a doubt. If we ever build again we would definitely choose Classic Queenslanders to build our next house.
